1. Initial Chat - 100% Obligation-Free
We arrange a phone call so we can learn more about you and your business, and establish if we might be a good fit to work with each other.
If it turns out that way, we will send you a proposal based on our discussion. Don't worry, there's never any pressure or hard-nosed selling involved.
We believe that if it's meant to be, everything will simply fall into place!
2. Kick-off Meeting
Once we decide to go ahead, we book a time to get together for a kick-off meeting (approx. 1 hour). In this meeting, we talk about the finer details of how to best represent you and your brand, what you like, don't like, etc. We'll also let you know about any information and/or branding assets we may need you to provide us with.
This is to ensure we have the best possible chance at delivering work that you'll love!
3. Implementation
No other way to put this – we just get it all done as per the plan!
We're big team players and love being proactive, so you can expect us to be in touch regularly to ensure your marketing activities are consistent.
In everything we do, our number one goal is to ensure you're happy with the work. At the end of the day, we're representing YOU and want to ensure we do it properly. Any work we do includes the option to have any edits made that you need - as long as they are in line with marketing best practices.
We welcome feedback (no precious egos here!) and are always keen to make improvements in our work and our processes.
4. Monthly Reporting
If you've engaged us for ongoing work, we send you a detailed monthly report, outlining all our activities and results for the month and making recommendations for changes if and when needed.
